Chronological Academic & Non-Academic Evaluation of HWA

Roshni Model High School, the renowned and top most educational institute of the respective area which has been fulfilling the noble duty of not only educating and grooming the poverty stricken and needy students but also putting its efforts to transform them in a patriot Pakistani for almost last two decades, under the supervision of HWA.

• A huge list of noble and socked in patriotism spirit personalities are performing at their utmost for the rapid progress of the institution.
• The institution has 43 hired hands in whole dividing the figure in 30 teachers, 4 members in office staff, 6 persons in helping staff and 3 guards as well.
• The academic director of institution, respected Saeed Ahmad Malik along with the Principal select the able teachers while passing them through the furnace of worth giving interview and oral test as well.
• Neither any reference nor any personal relation does consider for the selection of teachers, rather their academic background, skills and experience remains on front line.
• All the highly qualified and experienced teachers who are BA, B.Ed. & M.Phil. busy in fulfilling their duties of education students and resultantly, all classes in general and 8^th,9^th,10^th in particular are showing 100% results (Board results) for last many years.
• Two spacious and purpose-built buildings consisting of 32 rooms are reserved for educational activities. Besides, these include reception office, Principal’s office, Academic director’s office, staff room, Computer lab, Science lab and a spacious hall which does have the capacity of inhaling 300 persons and is used for Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony and different co-curricular programs. In addition, school has a wide courtyard as well for the purpose of morning assembly.
• Moreover, a vocational center is also running for producing the skillful ladies and making them at home in stitching and sewing where 40 sewing machines are available for this purpose.
